Cole's Choice Foundation ("Cole's Choice," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit. When you make a donation, we collect your name, email, and donation amount.
- Payment information. Donations are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure systems. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.
- Your preferences. We store your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and referrals.
- To process and acknowledge donations.
- To send updates you have asked to receive.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and nonprofit reporting obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our payment processor (Stripe), website host, and email tools, and only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@coleschoice.foundation. You can opt out of updates at any time.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
